The host was very welcoming and the environment was extremely peaceful and quiet as well as very clean. I loved my stay and would consider a future stay there.

Firstly, the unit is generally as described and priced. Do not expect a Zen Experience or any privacy as you are under the constant surveillance of the host. Everything including your water usage is monitored and commented.Secondly, the host cannot be trusted. After mutually agreeing to cancel the reservation for an amount after the first month, the amount kept changing and reducing due to her unfamiliarity of the process and the unwillingness to take VRBO guidance. After nearly a month of trying to assist while receiving threatening emails, the cancellation was processed and the host has suddenly become unresponsive. The final agreed refund (reduced by 40% of original agreement) has not been provided leaving me only with legal options.I would also not trust any of the previous 5/5 ratings as resolution of the issue always included a demand for a perfect rating which would have been very deceiving. Good luck if you plan to stay here.

Quiet lovely stay in North Austin near the Domain

The single room I stayed in was simple and quiet, in a lovely north Austin home near the Domain. The private half bathroom is well appointed, up-to-date, and spotlessly clean. It was perfect for my stay in Austin for business, I basically just spent nights here and needed a restful, quiet place for that. The owner, Nadia, made check-in and check-out smooth and simple.

Oasis

Wonderful, peaceful room with private bathroom in a quiet, lovely house. Nadia, the host, is a very open and welcoming. Very kind and accommodating. The pool in the backyard is an oasis when the heat index rises. There’s everything you need for a comfortable stay.

ACL Weekend stay

Very nice, private space. Location is great and the yard is very invting. Nadia was a great host and provided space in her fridge as well. Would totally recommend for a short stay.

Nadia, a great host!

Nadia was a wonderful host. I was in Austin on business. All I needed was a room to sleep and a bathroom to get ready in. It was perfect! I didn’t have time to enjoy the pool, unfortunately, but it looked wonderful. I could have easily relaxed here as well.

Relaxing

The room was nice and clean, spacious. The wall outlets are a bit loose so you have to use the outlet in the lamp. The pool was really relaxing! Cold at first but you'll adjust to it :) You won't be completely by yourself, the host lives there. But she was really nice and made me a smoothie and made sure I was okay.
