We really enjoyed our VRBO home in Austin! The place is decorated beautifully and the location was great! Caroline was a great host--great communication with her. We highly recommend this home if you are in the Austin area.

We utilizied the house for a ministry trip for a seminar. It was perfect for our group of 6 adults. The house was furnished with everything we needed plus had things for family entertainment. The house was decorated nicely and clean. Lots of seating so everyone could gather together and conversate. Would definitely stay here again!

Terrific house for a family trip

The house was absolutely perfect for our group (6 adults and 1 baby). Everything was very clean and thoughtfully provided, and just as the photos advertised. The location was convenient for our visit as well. Check-in and check-out procedures were easy and quick, which was much appreciated with a late night arrival and an early morning departure! And big thanks to Caroline for excellent communications.

This property is great for family/friend get together. Great open floor plan. Excellent condition. 4 bedrooms with well designed units( 2 kings, one queen, 2 twins.nice backyard for sitting out and grilling. Fully stocked and equipped. Great place to stay. Easy access to city and airport.

Great Stay in Austin

The Kozi Stays team made sure we had a great experience! The house was perfect ('as advertised'). It was clean, comfortable, and nicely decorated. There was enough space for our family of eight to eat, play games, and just hang out together. The bedrooms were spacious, the kitchen was well-equipped, and we appreciated the washer and dryer in the unit. The location was convenient for us because it was 15 minutes from downtown. Highly recommend!

Worked out well

3 couples stayed at this property 4 nights. We really enjoyed our stay. The proximity to downtown without actually being downtown, worked out well. It was easy to get around from the location. The home was over all roomy and had a nice open floor plan. The secondary ensuite bathroom was rather tight but we made it work. We would stay there again.

Great place to stay

We traveled to Austin for a swim meet at UT. This house was great for our family of 6. Location was perfect and an easy drive to and from campus. Space for all of us to spread out and relax. Host were great at communication. Cute house and had everything we needed.

Great Stay
