If a hotel is undergoing a major remodeling project, they should close to the public, or at least make aware any potential guest about the inconveniences. The website has great pictures and give the impression that is what a guest will experience. Never going back there.

The hotel was being renovated. So I will give them a break on that. But the first room they put us in was covered in ants they were everywhere. So the second room they moved us to the lock didn't work. Finally the third room was ok. They should probably inspect the finished rooms before they put them in use. Not much for breakfast. Again maybe it's because they were renovating?
