The house layout fit our multigenerational family very well. My only complaint was the amount of dishes and flatware provided. For example, it sleeps 8 people comfortably, but only had 7 plates. Flatware was very limited. Since we traveled by car we had brought some paper plates and plastic flatware that we had to rely on if we had more than one meal in a day without having to run a partial load in the dishwasher. Other than that the house was very comfortable.

House was lovely, clean, and beds very comfortable. Kitchen was not stocked for 8 adults. Not enough dishes and silverware. Was constantly cleaning them. Also only one bath towel per person was not practical. Overall house worked well.

Enjoyed our stay!

Very clean property with many amenities. Layout of house was conducive for being able to have spend time with family but then be able to retreat to separate rooms. Kitchen had basic silverware and dishwater but could be stocked with a few more items for those that may like to cook. House was centrally located to a grocery store and other stores. Neighborhood seems to be in transitjon, however, walking at night with awareness of surroundings was fine. Communication from host was impeccable. Other add ons to make the stay tailored to your needs (early check in, late check in etc) are available for an extra fee.

Great location, plenty of space, really nice house

I cannot say enough good things about our stay. Everything you need for a great stay in Austin. Communication with host was perfect, no issues during stay. Foosball table was a hit! Thanks and we will stay again when we go to Austin.

Great Christmas Away

Our family of 3 generations was in Austin for a wedding and the house was just what we needed. The location is great with restaurants and shopping very near and the neighborhood was fine. The house was pretty much as advertised. The kitchen was not as well equipped as we have experienced at other times, but it was adequate and we made do. The furnishings and beds were fine and the 3 full baths made the stay quite comfortable, especially when we were all dressing for a wedding.

Perfect Austin house.

Stayed with friends for a weekend trip. Everything about the stay was smooth. Super convenient location with easy access to everything. All the beds were super comfortable. Will definitely stay here again next time I am in Austin and also will recommend to friends.

Amazing place to stay

I had an outstanding stay at this rental house! The place was clean, making it easy to feel right at home from the moment I walked in. The neighborhood was wonderfully quiet, offering a peaceful retreat after a busy day. The location couldn’t have been better—just a short distance from a grocery and restaurant area, which made it incredibly convenient. The house also had a variety of games that added a fun touch to my stay. Communication with the host was great and super fast, which made the experience even smoother. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!

Fantastic stay!

My family and I stayed here for a few days and felt so at ease in the house. It was perfect for our needs. Everyone had space to bee on their own or together. The rooms were quiet, as was the neighborhood. Very close to HEB for groceries and easy to get downtown and to popular areas, but you might not even want to leave! Highly recommend.

Close to airport, downtown, UT - all the reasons why you might be coming to Austin. Layout of house is great for privacy of individuals but great common areas.
