The hosts were very kind and welcoming. They were very responsive to any communications. The place was lovely and we enjoyed the back yard area. We appreciated the location and enjoyed being so close to the Zilker tree over Christmas.

Great place!

This place was great! We only stayed for one night, but would definitely stay here again when we go back to Austin. It was clean and had everything we needed. The back yard was so cute. It would be a great place to hangout during longer stays.

We recently used this property for an extended weekend stay. We found the property to be as advertised, perfect for 2 adults and a small dog. It was clean and spacious.I should have read the details closer. The property is literally a 5 min walk from the Barton springs/park. So be sure to bring your swim and workout gear.The property is also very close to the popular spots in downtown. Our longest drive (25 minutes) was to Interstellar BBQ. Everything else was a 5-10 minute drive.We did not cook meals but the property was well stocked with dishes, plates and cutlery. It was also stocked with numerous options for making coffee in the morning if needed.

Awesome place to stay

Everything about the house was perfect from the all new fixtures to its size and comfort. The location cannot be beat as there are so many activities very close by. We stayed busy and also had plenty relaxation time.

We had a great time staying here! House is newly renovated and super cute but it is evident that dogs were there previously!! We understand it’s a dog allowed property but it did have a pet smell upon arrival and sadly there was a pee stain on the couch. Other than the smell which we fixed with pet odor spray, it was a great location and a great two person get away!

Great location and perfect if you have a dog.

This is a fantastic 1 bedroom apartment. It had everything you could need. A private backyard was absolutely fantastic. I would stay here again anytime. The bed was very comfortable too.

Visit to Austin for various Events (60yr old)

Nice condo building and green space! Looks just like the pictures, very clean, loved the plants and artwork. Excellent location, easy to drive to UT campus, SoCo, out to Hillcountry, East side and a short walk to the parks. Neighborhood is clean and feels very safe. Had a great stay!

Location was amazing! Probably 15 min from every location that we wanted to go to (south congress, downtown, Eddie V’s, garden, etc), owners communication was perfect as well! Made our anniversary getaway/experience even better — would recommend this property to anyone for any occasion!

The property was very clean and well kept. Enjoyed our time there and would stay again. Communication was great with the owners/management team (not sure which) they even allowed us an extra hour at check out due to a flight change. Only issue, and not with the property it was great, was the VRBO fees are getting out of control.

Cutest place to stay as I visited family nearby. They had all the essentials plus alot of really nice extras. Great neighborhood. Walked to nearby sculpture museum. Metro bike rentals at end of street. Hiking trails. Would definitely stay here again
