Thanksgiving getaway

We had a great time staying here with the family! The guys played golf and the girls had a great time shopping. The house was very clean and had the perfect amount of space. Would definitely stay again!

AMAZING PLACE!

The house is stunning, the beds are comfortable and the place is truly perfect for relaxation. We went for the Formula 1 weekend and even though it was far away from the circuit of the americas it was definitely worth it! Thank you so much!

Super cute townhouse…great for family or group

The townhouses were super cute and the connecting doors made this vacation possible for my large family. It was well stocked with dishes, utensils and appliances. We enjoyed the back patios and balconies as well. The amenities in Point Venture were great! We utilized the golf course, the pool, the community park at the lake, the pickle ball courts and hand feeding the deer. There was plenty to do and excellent A/C back at the townhouse when the Texas heat was too much. My one complaint is pertaining to access and communication with the property manager. When arriving at the property, we had not yet been communicated the access code. We arrived shortly after check-in and had to spend time on the phone and messaging trying to get the access code. VRBO could not contact the property manager either and offered to find us other accommodations. We decided to try all access points to see if there was an unlocked entry and fortunately, were able to access the unit from an unlocked door. The property manager didn’t respond until 2.5 hours after check-in and only received a response of “Oh I’m so sorry it’s xxxx” When starting a vacation, this was the cause of unwelcomed stress and a bad impression for our group.

Family Christmas

Enjoyed our stay- we had 12 adults two of which were in their 90’s so the downstairs bedroom was perfect for them. The only suggestion I have is there needs to be a place to put your luggage even if each room had a couple of hotel luggage stands - other than that the place has everything you need. We loved watching the deer etc. Highly recommended!

Great place love the area.

Perfect girls getaway

This house is so beautifully decorated with a modern golden girls theme. Lots of beds, patios and balconies to hang out and a close drive to the private beach. Would definitely book again next season.

Perfect layout

My family and friends wanted to have a nice getaway. We found the place very convenient for our big group. Nice sunset views from the lake and if you bring all your supplies don’t need to go back to get anything (The closest convenience store is located 15 min away). I would definitely stay again, careful with the wildlife.

Cozy and great location

We loved our stay! The townhomes are super cozy and decorated beautifully. Our only complaint was that there wasn’t a dining table. We had an issue with the AC in one of the units and they were quick to respond and came that night to fix the issue. We were super impressed with the level of customer service. They even checked in with us later to make sure everything was working okay. These ladies are excellent hosts! One note - you’ll need to bring a sharp knife if you plan on cutting anything. The knife sets in each unit were dull. Overall wonderful stay and we loved the community park right on the water. We basically had the place all to ourselves.

This was the cutest property and the most perfect backdrop for our girls weekend! Could not have had better hosts. Excellent communication, exceeded ANY & ALL expectations! 10/10 would recommend this property AGAIN & AGAIN.

Nice location in great community.

Property was great for our size party, able to reserve both units with the internal go between. We enjoyed watching deer on the golf course out back in the morning while sipping our coffee. Would enjoy staying there again.
