Great for the weekend!

Great property centrally located with easy access to the city. Lots of space and amenities, and the patio is fantastic! Property manager was super helpful too!

Weekend Visit

Everything about the house was great. It’s very nice and great space for our group of 5 adults. The neighborhood is in transition with some new and older homes but overall was fine and great location near our daughter who lives in Mueller area.

Family Christmas Trip

My adult sons and I thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house. It was very comfortable and true to the pictures with everything we needed and more. The house is in an area that is being gentrified near many new houses.

Nice, clean, quiet. Needs tv’s in bedrooms 2 & 3. Parking is tight for full size vehicles unless you park on the street. Uber to 6th street area averages $16.00

Loved this place

I had my bachelorette party in Austin, there were only 6 of us ladies and let me tell you. It was awesome! The location is far enough out of the down town area but not too far away, only a 5-10 minute Uber everywhere. Not to mention the home is absolutely BEAUTIFUL! The backyard area was our spot for sure. There’s a bidet in the master bath, use it!! Lol but this was a great time here, my friends loved it and the hosts were very communicative and helped accommodate us in many ways. 100/10 recommend.

Perfect Staycation!!!!!

I stayed here with friends to celebrate my birthday weekend and it was perfect. The ubers were about 10-15 minutes away from downtown and not very expensive. The couch and beds are so comfortable - everyone has plenty of space to relax away from eachother or hang out if you want to. The backyard was amazing. The parking is small, but the neighborhood feels safe and its tucked away from a main road/street so no problem with street parking as we had 3 cars (including a large lifted truck) parked comfortably with no issues. There is a back neighbor, but we never saw or heard them. The house was hot upon entering, and takes a minute to cool down but its to be expected in texas heat, everything was clean, there are information sheets/cards with passwords and instructions on how to use amenities which was an awesome feature. The host was responsive to any inquiries. I would definitely stay again!
