Let me start by saying this, the pictures in this ad do no justice to the view you have with house…Quiet neighborhood up in the hills, very serene and a gorgeous view of the lake…I took my family for New Years and everyone had a great time.1. Master bedroom is definitely a master suite. Nice big bathroom with a spa tub and big shower(both built for 2… wink wink)2. Kitchen, LR and patio all sort of tie together and they are perfect for having everyone able to co-mingle together..Downstairs was for the kids, and if you have multiples going with you like we did, hold a lottery to see who gets the king size bed downstairs because it is fantastic.Pool table room is sort of set up like a bar and it’s fun.And the hot tub has a nice little romantic hideaway to itself.We had a great time, couldn’t of had a better New Year’s to start off 2026…Hope to come back soon!

Great Location, Perfect Home

This house was perfect for our group. Everything was very well laid out, clean, and there was more than enough space for everyone (we had a smaller group of 6). The kitchen had everything we needed and all the light switches in the home were meticulously labeled, which was a huge help. Hot tub is large and functioned perfectly. Location was also convenient and was easy to get to. The owner was also very friendly and responded quickly, though we had no issues at all during our trip.

Excellent home for groups, had such a lovely time. Loved watching the lake. Upstairs is gorgeous, welcoming ! Hot tub and pool table were super fun for the kids. THANKS SO MUCH!!

Wonderful updated home with plenty of space for a group

Fantastic stay, very clean and spacious for a large group. Communication was clear, house was even better than expected, amenities were plenty, and house was well equipped for cooking and comfort. Couldn’t ask for a better experience!

Beautiful house and great location

The house and view are amazing. Great location to be close to the lake and still not too far away from 6th street. One plus pount of this house was how much space they had for parking on the lot so no cars are parked on the street. We had a bunch of cars because we had girls traveling from all over so it great to know our cars were safely on the property instead of on the street. Property manager was very communicate before and during our stay. Definitely would book this house again.

wifi was terrible - we were there for a work retreat and had to leave every day to get online. No help from the manager. Also, no access to covered parking. House was mostly clean - stains on the sofa and on the carpeting in the basement.

The perfect house for your large family.

This house was perfect for our family of 11 adults and 2 infants. The views are breathtakingly gorgeous. The house is equipped with everything you might need for the perfect weekend away. We rented this place to have an intimate celebration for my twins who turned 1. Highly recommend it for family gatherings and weekend getaways. The host was very accommodating and quick to respond.

Amazing getaway

My family and I stayed here for a few days for spring break. The views were amazing. We saw sunrise every morning. The house was really clean and had everything we could need for this short stay. Darlene was a great hostess and responded promptly with any questions and needs. I highly recommend this house for a great away.

Lovely House Awesome View

Our group had a wonderful long weekend at this property. The pictures on the listing do not do the house justice. The house itself is beautiful and comfortable for a group. It has just about everything you would need for a staycation. The kitchen is stocked with everything you'd need to cook for a group. In addition to all of this the view is amazing. What a wonderful view to sit out and drink coffee in the mornings. I would recommend this to anyone looking to stay in Lake Travis and I would definitely stay here again.

Great Austin Stay

Wonderful stay. The views are unbelievable! Rooms are large and kitchen well-stocked with cookware and utensils. Had some issues with the hot tub which were dealt with promptly and professionally. Close to groceries and target, etc. Would definitely choose this property again without hesitation.
