This home is absolutely gorgeous. Sits in the hills with beautiful views of Lake Travis, Austin. Not a far drive from great food spots, also 30-40 min drive to downtown if you want to visit 6th street. Beautiful home, with a beautiful yard and balcony. Cleanliness was also excellent. Home is absolutely worth the price for the vibes and awesome experience.

Weekend getaway

Nice quiet location with plenty of space to spread out. Patio overlooking the lake was a great place to hang out in the evenings. Also close enough to the city to run around but far enough outside of the Austin to enjoy a rural environment. Place is as advertised, would stay again!

Great little place overlooking the lake

We loved it! The split level house was very fun and perfect for a quiet getaway for all four of us. Mornings on the porch, evenings in the yard, and just hanging out were all wonderfully relaxing. Plenty nearby for food and places for small excursions.

4th of July trip

Wanted kinds to see the fireworks on lake Travis. The home is high enough with the balcony to be able to see the show closest to the property plus different fireworks on other parts of lake. We really enjoyed ourselves

Super chic and awesome location!

We loved the decor and feel of the place. Super close to the marina, Oasis and other restaurants, and the zip line tour we did. Pretty views, nice quiet neighborhood. Only thing we really wanted that we didn't have was a table and chairs indoors to be able to play games; I feel like with some rearranging furniture, they could fit that. Overall though, super happy. Also, stupid-comfy king bed.

Perfect Lake Travis Oasis

We chose this property for its serene proximity to Lake Travis (although be warned the lake is pretty low right now), but from the top floor balcony, you had a nice view and deck to lounge off of. We were using the location for a corporate retreat and had enough space to sprawl out for our team of 3 and also keep us cozy and together. Really appreciated the televisions connected to our MacBooks so we could present through the ROKU! Overall great space and great owner communication about the home/facilities, and sights and attractions around the location!

ok house

House was ok satires didn't have handrails made it hard for old persons, and it needs a deep cleaning lots of dust and cobwebs. Outside stairs hard to navigate steep and no handrails.

More rustic than expected. Beautiful view and cool house design concept.Things I wish I knew before booking: the outdoor bathtub was painted and that paint has since eroded especially right where you’d want to sit. The kitchen sink faucet is broken so you cannot turn off the spray nozzle when you want to wash dishes under the normal faucet - it just sprays you and the counter area. The bathroom shower walls are not sealed, it doesn’t matter which way you turn the shower head, the water is going to pool outside the shower, mostly towards the toilet, but everywhere really. No screens on any windows or doors - so you cannot open for fresh air at night without inviting lake mosquitoes. Especially if you want to use the loft - it traps the heat and you can’t exhaust.Outdoor furniture is old black iron chairs in the sun with no cushions.Mattresses are worn down to an uncomfortable degree. I think the king bed got a memory foam topper when the old memory foam mattress gave out. The double bed on 2nd floor has hills and valleys.

Beautiful Serene Property

This place provided us with a beautiful backdrop for my friend’s birthday weekend, it was very serene and peaceful. We enjoyed sitting on the porch overlooking the lake drinking coffee. The outside is like a secret garden. Would definitely stay here again.
