This property is clean, updated and modern. The rooms and lounge areas are excellent. The customer service was great, and all staff were super helpful, including security and valet staff. Only qualm is that (especially if you’re a female), just be vigilant if walking in the neighborhood, especially at night.

I liked the cleanliness of the room/hotel and friendless of the staff. Good convenient area to access local sites. Not the traditional Hyatt as it was on the smaller side which I really liked. Only drawback was that the elevator was broken and it took forever to come to my floor. Other than that, good place to stay.

Excellent service! We were only here for one night during our anniversary but the staff (Ivy) went out of their way to make it great! Clean room with great view, everything new and quiet. We had a comfortable bed and also really enjoyed the rooftop bar…will come back again!

The rooms were clean and modern, having USB in alot of convenient places, great tv, comfy bed. Nice standing shower with a place to put your foot up and wash. But the view was what really blew me away. Really enjoyed the rooftop bar (amazing space) the food was great and it had a local flair... tacos well done.
