We were in town for the Grand Prix along with 100,000 of our closest friends Our reservation was cancelled before we checked in (at 7pm) due to an elevator malfunction. The hotel re-booked us to a different property and transferred all of our details (breakfast package, etc). They offered a ride share to get us to the new property. The new property was great but the bottom line is that we were very pleased with the proactive engagement of this hotel. Not their fault the elevator broke but they covered down on every thing we needed. I would stay here for the next Grand Prix

the room was nice and the staff was great. i brought my dog and as a woman, i did not feel safe walking him around the building. the homeless was the only downfall but thats everywhere in austin. they should have a pet relief area to make guests feel safer since its a very pet friendly hotel.
