Property was clean and comfortable. Pool was large with a good mix of sunny and shady hours. Beautiful trees and creek. No mosquitoes but lots of wasps that kept to themselves. Functional kitchen with labeled cabinets. Easy food delivery options nearby. Comfortable beds with plenty of towels. Sound carries at night with the open floor plan. Can hear every door and every step, but managable.

Perfect TX House!

The house was perfect for my family! There are eight of us and we had a blast with the game room, pool, hot tub, etc. Home is stocked well, including a kitchen with everything you need to cook meals for a crowd. Highly recommend this TX gem.

Wonderful Spring Break Stay!

The house was beautiful - just as it appeared in the listing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook big meals, the beds were comfortable, and the game room was a huge plus in that it allowed for separate hangout areas. We opted for the pool to be heated and our kids spent every morning swimming, even when it was certifiably cold outside! We would definitely recommend this rental.

Best Place We've Stayed!

We absolutely loved this property! Of any home we've rented, this was the best by far. Everything was immaculate. The view was gorgeous. It was so relaxing sitting out back listening to the pool, the creek and the wildlife around us. I even caught a nice little bass in the creek right there in the backyard. The hosts were also very courteous, helpful and kind.

Amazing property!

Amazing house and was as described. Great communication. Clean. Beds and pillows very comfortable. Pool was amazing and the property is secluded and so peaceful to sit outside at night. My colleagues and I enjoyed our stay for our annual work retreat and meetings.

Wonderful property for large groups

The property is exactly as described. Luxurious home on a quiet residential street about 20 minutes south of downtown. Large deck overlooks a beautifully manicured and maintained pool/backyard area. Plenty of comfortable beds for my group of 15 friends. Host responded quickly. Check-in process was simple/efficient. 10/10 review

Absolutely beautiful home!

We had the best time celebrating our parents 50th anniversary at this beautiful home. We enjoyed the pool, hot tub, stunning views on the patios, kids had a ball in the game room and we even caught a bass in the creek! Thank you so much for a perfect stay where our whole family could enjoy!

Wowzers!!! Just the PERFECT Place

Look no further (trust me I looked all over for the perfect house and this is it!). This house had everything you could want! Games, pool, amazing deck space, fully loaded with towels, shampoo, everything you could think of in the kitchen. So much care and thought went into set up of the home and the amenities not to mention Leah the host just being an outstanding communicator and tour guide with recommendations along the way. Order your groceries to the door, park the car and you wont have to leave this beautiful oasis! The beds and linens are top notch as well!

Beautiful and serene property

We had a family gathering with ages ranging from 16 to 85. We had people of various levels of physical ability and we were able to accommodate everyone. The home was immaculate and the beds were extremely comfortable. Having dinner on the upstairs balcony while overlooking the pool and the creek was simply delightful. We had a wonderful time!

This property is amazing. Beautiful home. Lots of little amenities you don't get in other rentals. Owners were always present if we had questions. Kitchen was well stocked with cookware and dishes. Game room was amazing and property beautiful. Our family had the best time Lots of eating areas, living room and bedrooms very comfortable and pretty. Beds very comfortable. We would definitely stay there again.

Great house!

We had a great experience at the house. Leah, the owner, was very helpful, and the house itself is lovely and perfect for a large group. We had two families there and the fit was ideal. Would most definitely recommend this house!!!

10 out of 10 Amazing Place

Everything about this experience was perfect. The house was beautiful. The hosts were communicative and accommodating. The beds and pillows were all comfortable. The pool and hot tub were easy and beautiful. The game room allowed us to play like kids and make memories on our last night. And the porch table was big enough for the 11 of us to eat and have our coaching sessions. My amazing private chef lives just 15 minutes away and took care of all our food. Simply amazing. Thank you Leah and Clay for everything! Book this property if you have a large group - you won’t regret it!

Incredible indoor/outdoor house for larger group

The house was beautiful, well-equipped, well-maintained, with enough space and beds for a large group of 17. Tastefully decorated, with beautiful views of the trees and creek from 2 expansive porches. We stayed over one of the hottest weekends of the year, and the house was cool and comfortable. The pool was a must-have amenity, and the fire-pit was the perfect touch,

80th Birthday Weekend

Our family had a wonderful stay. The pictures are exactly what you get. The outdoor space on the various levels of the house were very enjoyable. The lot is quiet and private with a lot of trees to produce shade for the outdoor space. Plenty of interior space including the air conditioned garage turned into a game room. The house was perfect for our group and a great place to celebrate an 80th birthday with family.
