The whole group will enjoy easy access to everything from this centrally located place. One unique feature; this place has 4 bedrooms and 3 of them have their own private bath. Great location, 7 minutes from Augusta University, University Hospital, 10 minutes from Fort Gordon, 7 minutes from downtown and to the River. Less than 1 mile from all the major shoppes. Nice clean and spacious feel at home away from home. Newly painted, carpet, parking up to 2 cars. Enjoy and feel good at home.

• Respect check-in and check-out times (We will let you know ahead when there is a possibility for early check-in or late checkout).

The photos of this home reflect the last time it was properly maintained. Upon arrival, we immediately saw a live roach on the kitchen floor. The floors were dirty, dishes were left in cabinets, the oven handle and door were falling apart, and both the oven and microwave were greasy and damaged. Air vents were filthy, there were no basic items such as toilet paper, paper towels, or trash bags, the back door was unlocked, the backyard was full of debris, and brown water came from the faucets. This is a connected townhome, and a large dog next door barked constantly day and night. This completely ruined our holiday vacation. DO NOT STAY HERE. Neither the host nor VRBO has provided refund details. Unacceptable!

Great VRBO for a golf loving family who returned home for a family wedding. Centrally located in the Augusta metro area. VRBO has what you’ll need and ample space, rooms and appliances for a family or golfers. Will rent again. Host are responsive and take care of the house and their guest.

The dining room lights didn’t work. The kitchen was lacking, good cooking pans, and we were never sent how to unlock the front door by Vrbo and it took four hours to get a callback from the host even though I sent them request information through Vrbo messenger. They never called me until I called Vrbo customer service.

Nice Property…..Slight Catch

This property was nice and a good fit for the Masters. We had 4 guys. The big drawback is that this property ONLY has en suite bathrooms. This makes it awkward, because in order to use the bathroom you always need to go through someone’s bedroom. Not a huge deal during the day, but at night and during the night this isn’t very good. Besides that, we enjoyed our stay and the hosts were nice.
