The pictures of this motel are not this motel. The motel is right in a town traffic all night. Place is dirty and flies kept us awake all night, we probably killed 20 flies. Room smells, beds are uncomfortable. I think Expedia should make sure the property is the one in the pictures.

This was a great place to stay. We needed a place for an overnight and I saw that Fireside was supposed to be clean. It *was* really clean-- our room was big, the window actually opened and let in fresh air, the TV was enormous, and the working fireplace was great! Definitely two thumbs up.

Disappointed that the pool was closed as web site said it was open . I tried to call directly to verify it was open but wasn’t able to reach them directly. There published number just gave me the run around so I was never able to reach them . Laura at front desk was very sympathetic and helpful but choose this property because of the pool . They should keep info on there website up to date

Shaun Cassidy concert

Overnight stay to see Shaun Cassidy at the Waterville Opera House. Check in was quick and easy. Front desk staff was friendly. Whoopie pie upon check in, yum. The location had plenty of parking and was easy to get to. There was a bit of a strong scent upon entering the room areas. I’m assuming the cleaning products. It was a bit much. Room was spacious and clean and the temperature was just right. The mattress needs replacement. Very soft and you end up falling to the middle. No support. Good thing we do CrossFit, the toilet was definitely a below parallel approach and you needed to do a Russian twist to access the toilet paper. I would stay again if in the area.

Quiet room, looking onto the pool. Kids loved the outdoor pool and it was well kept. Old hotel that needs renovations but still keeps clean. Fruit and yogurt for breakfast was a nice addition to start the day.

Every person that works here is extremely friendly, kind, courteous, accommodating, helpful. There are not enough words to describe what an outstanding place This is. The rooms are above and beyond clean. It makes me very happy.I can't sleep in a place that I don't feel comfortable. The only thing I would change about this place is some sort of padding on the door so when people are closing them, you do not hear it in the next room. Even with that, I give these guys tens all across the board!!
