It's disgusting the worst days of my life, the government should close the hotel for health, the horrible smell, the terrible attention, the lady even yelled at me because she needed help in the early morning and I woke her up from her nap, they are never for help there is no one at the reception, they don't have staff to clean everything themselves, and the terrible hotel conditions for a moment I thought the roof was going to fall, that hotel is not suitable to offer service to customers, I see many negative comments about this hotel and the Expedia application should not continue promoting this hotel, it is an immense shame it's nothing what you see in photos, unfortunately I had already canceled but very expensive for bad service, apart from that the check-out is at 11 and already at 8: am they had blocked my room.

Run, just don’t do it . Very unsafe for families or just yourself , looks like you won’t make it out if you go there that’s how unsafe you are. Good luck.

We got there and the condition of the property we didn’t even check in. The staff told us to get with Expedia to get our money back. It was horrible. They claimed it was recently updated, no it was not. You couldn’t even see in the windows because of how much stuff they had stored in the windows, the property was dirty, yellow fluid was running down the walls, roaches were crawling on the floor near the check in, they were cooking behind check in, the carpets were dirty and it was horrible. Surprised that this hotel was even recommended.

Construction in most of the hotel made hallways crowded and smelly. Breakfast was non existent. Limited breakfast bars and coffee only. Hotel should not have taken guests if they could not provide bare minimum of what was advertised.

Construction was going on. The hallways smelt aweful. Bathroom was horrible and broken tiles on floor and door know hanging off. Did not resemble picture online at all. Total misrepresentation. Very disgusted

Looks Run down Days inn Room was very good, clean, spacious. Lobby had weed smell whole way Breakfast - really??? Break room is trash, no liner in trash bin, coffee was not good, juice dispenser spilling juice, butter was "parlay" bottle. I would not stay here again. Customer service was nonexistent.

Short walk to room from lobby. Room is very small, but beds are clean and comfortable. It worked for us as we just needed an affordable clean space. Odor noted in lobby, but room was fine. Air conditioner was noisy but constant, so outside noise was not as obvious. Hair ball on bottom of bathroom door. No hairdryer.

Room was clean, but bathroom needed updated. Sink handle was loose and only turned the water off if it was in one position. No security lock on outside door. I took a photo, but the link below to add photos is not working.

Sad Example of How Wyndham has Fallen

This was the worst hotel I have ever stayed in; surprised it has Wyndham’s name associated with this property. Cabinets in the kitchenette had holes in them and sticky residue, like a coke had sprayed on the cabinets, and on a partition between the kitchenette and the room. Ice was built up in the refrigerator, and it looks like at one tome there was a stove which is gone. The sinks in both rooms were dirty and stained. Ice machine in lobby appears to get turned off at night. Front desk doesn’t answer white phone after 9:00. We decided to cut our trip short and the hotel charged us for a night we didn’t even stay there. The WYNDHAM NAME SURE DOESN’T mean clean, usable accommodations, or customer service. There is a Hampton by Hilton across the street if you need to stay in Thomson, GA.
Sinks are dirty, and stained in both rooms.
Ice build up the refrigerator, and obviously not a floor model.
Very poor house cleaning.
Shelf obviously broken and extremely dirty.
