Tucked away on almost 2 acres off a paved road is our relaxing and welcoming home. Spend time with your family in the heart of Minnesota lakes country with your private outdoor entertaining spot. Whether it's winter or summer you will always find things to do the in the area. Though not directly on a lake, the house is located in a perfect position to go meet family and friends in the area. Located in the Cormorant Lakes area, you can be to The Pitt 611 Bar and Restaurant with a car in less than 5 minutes. Need more action, you are a short 15 minute drive to Detroit Lakes, MN for shopping or activities like hiking, bike riding or downhill skiing in the winter. Or maybe you just want to relax at the home, take a walk on the 3 mile loop viewing Leaf Lake and Little Cormorant Lake while you walk the mostly paved low traffic path. Our family looks forward to you and yours having an amazing experience here like we have for many years.

Beautiful property. Brand new with great amenities. Not on the lake but one lot over. Great for families staying in the area. We used as overflow for another cabin on the lake. Property owners were great.

Quaint and clean

Very clean, decently appointed. We were there for a family gathering at my sisters so didn’t need to spend much time which turned out to be good. There is not much beyond the dwelling. The place was very clean and comfortable. However the smell from the well water was pretty over powering. While there was a keurig machine, it would have been nice to have coffee cups available at the property. Overall it served our purpose.

Nice lake country location

Nice place! it is very comfortable, and especially close location for me to meet up with family in the area. The house is clean and provided plenty of open space to relax and visit. A few awareness items: Please be very cautious on the stairs, the tread depth is too short and we had a few falls with only minor bumps and bruises thank goodness. The ad does not state that Washer and dryer access but this would be nice. Keurig in kitchen but no coffee mugs. Overall a positive experience, everything was all set for our arrival and I would like to stay again once the stairs are adjusted.
