The property has an excellent location. Two ladies at the front desk were incredibly helpful and friendly. The restaurant had good service. We asked for a late check out and got an extra hour. We also received a complementary bottle of wine.

Cute hotel in a quiet area

Great overnight stay before catching a flight. Within easy walking distance of the marina and a bunch of restaurant options. Front desk staff was helpful and proactive and the hotel dining options were also delicious. Literally the only drawback is that the bathroom door is a sliding frosted glass situation. Obviously not the staff’s fault but definitely an odd experience.

Beautiful, very hip property. Loved the staff and rooftop bar. It is pretty dark though, the lights in the rooms could have been brighter and easier to figure out. But overall very nice experience. Again, the staff were superb!

Modern and everything well designed

Fab stay with friendly helpful staff and we loved our room. The included breakfast was the best we’ve ever had in a hotel. Everything was well thought out and we loved the moody vibe of the modern decor. The location is the best, lots of choices of food at both the restaurant downstairs and the rooftop bar upstairs. This is our new favourite Auckland city hotel

On the QT.

Checking in and checking out was great. The room was splendid. TV system confused this dumb Canuck, but that hardly matters. Shout out to Zoe, who helped us check in our car and really showed what good service looks like. Huzzah!
