Staff was great, but in the rooms they have an odd master light on/off switch that took a hot moment to figure out. They also switched it off sometime in the middle of the night, necessitating trying to switch it back on 4:30am. Location is stellar if you're flying in/out of Auckland and if you are dropping a rental car. It's an easy walk to both.

Great location

Gorgeous new hotel, proximity to the airport was exceptional and service was wonderful. Have the restaurant on the top floor overlooking the planes coming and going was a highlight for our wee boy. Was it clean in the room, not so sure with the black hair in the shower and coffee rings on the bedside table but overall we thoroughly enjoyed it
