The light switches in our room were not working properly. This defect was formally reported on the first night of our stay, yet the issue was never remedied at any point during our occupancy. Rather than correcting the fault, staff directed us to operate the lighting manually through the electrical panel box. This constitutes a clear failure to provide safe, functional accommodations. Requiring guests to access an electrical panel as a workaround is inappropriate and inconsistent with basic lodging standards.
