Eine Neubauecke zwischen verschiedenen Vorstädten, 1,3 km zum nächsten (unattraktiven) Einkaufszentrum, keine richtigen Restaurants weit und breit, Es ist nur eine halbe Stunde vom Flughafen entfernt, je nach Verkehrslage auf der Stadtautobahn. Viele Flugzeuge sind direkt über dem Haus unterwegs.
