Great central location. We were 4 females sharing a room, we knew 2 would be sharing a bed but it was two double beds in a tiny room so was very cramped. The room was only dressed for 2 had had to ask on two separate occasions for an xtra stuff

The staff were lovely & very helpful, we were able to get a car park which was awesome but you don't know until you arrive if it's available. The wifi wasn't strong enough to cast to the tv, it kept dropping out but worked fine on phones. The beds were comfortable but the room did look a bit tired. Great location for the Arena.

Overall excellent.Great location for university and centre.Nice room on top floor with nice views.Only comment really was there was no coffee available at the bar at 8.30pm and no coffee plunger for filter coffee in room.

Our check in was at 2pm and we had to wait for an hour and a half until the room they allocated us was ready. When we called them they eventually gave us two room keys and none of them was the original room they allocated us, but why give us two rooms? Do they charge extra if people check out an hour and a half after check out? Will not be going back as they made us late for our function, not happy.

Walking distance to CBD. Quiet on the 6th floor. Very dated. Bathroom poor. Shower screen badly leaking. Ok if you like a slippery shallow swimming pool for a bathroom. Room 615 showing signs of lack of funds to keep tidy (peeling laminates on furniture). Parking limited. Check in early to avoid issues. Very average hotel.

Great friendly reception staff on arrival. Room was clean and suited our night away. Is close to transport and not that far to.walk to main shopping.or restaurants, parking at hotel was good (pay extra for) restaurant and bar looked good but we went out for meals. Check out was quick and easy. Would recommend if you looking.for a budget friendly option to have a night or 2 away.

Stay was good for the price - clean room and staff was accommodating. FYI there is no room service (we ordered breakfast) and had to take the elevator down to pick it up. The power ports are in weird positions and cleaning staff nearly broke my charger as the port was behind the bed and they pushed the charger and cable into the wall. This was only issue, but overall cleaning services was great. Location is central and I had no issues getting around by foot. Overall a good experience albeit a few issues.
