Wavesong Oceans 11 is a near new family beach house, located just back from the golden sands of Onetangi beach. The Wavesong development of seven architecturally designed houses is situated with landscaped gardens offering privacy for each house. The Oceans 11 beach house has a contemporary coastal style making it all about relaxed living at the beach!
Furnished to the highest standard this is the perfect property for your next beach holiday. This stunning property has two large decks plus a hot tub. Entering via the ultra-sunny north west facing deck, you find yourself in the open plan kitchen, dining & living room. The kitchen has high end appliances and is very well equipped for your catering needs. The hot tub is nestled privately in a garden setting off the second deck.
There are 3 bedrooms & 2 bathrooms (main with ensuite). Two of the bedrooms have super king beds, one of which splits into two king singles. The third bedroom offers two king singles making this property also perfect for a girl’s weekend away, or a family group. All beds are top of the range, and dressed with gorgeous linen.
In addition there is a converted garage which is fully lined in ply with air conditioning, and has a set of king single bunks plus a couch and smart TV. It also has a full bathroom and laundry.
Located in central Onetangi, a short stroll takes you to the beach. You are spoilt for choice with places to eat, with the gorgeous Ki Maha very close by, and the award winning Three-Seven-Two and the family friendly Charlie Farleys cafe a short walk away. Onetangi beach is a picture postcard beach with 2km of sand. Further afield there is plenty to explore, with the golf club, lovely walks, more beaches, coastal paths, shops & wineries.

This was an amazing house! We loved our stay here and highly recommend to all. The proximity to the beach was perfect and the house was great for a family getaway. The ADU was perfect for the kids.

Beautiful
Property is beautifully presented and in an ideal location to walk to local restaurants and the beach. Our party of eight including family from the UK were all impressed with the style and quality of the house, the extra accommodation in the garage was also lovely and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay.
We required extra towells which the property manager organized promptly. I would definately recommend this property.
