The room/unit was nice. Some areas such as spa dated but still very usable and comfotable. Getting out of it was a pain but luckily the Northland drivers.are couertous let you in on the highway I wouldn't walk to town co it a main highway. There a plenty of places to eat etc in wellsford

I have rated this as a Roadside Motel, not a City Hotel. The staff are very pleasant & efficient. The Motel is clean & comfortable & has everything you need to prepare a meal. We would not hesitate to return.

Friendly and comfortable

Very friendly people run this motel and enjoyed my stay, I recommend a stay here if you are in this area .A visit to the east beach was excellent also recommended. But this motel is out of town but close enough, probably better than ones in town.

Comfortable stay

We stayed at this motel, to help break up our journey south. The room was spacious, spotless and comfortable. Despite its location adjacent the highway, the room was quiet with a rural outlook. Our room looked suitable for a wheelchair bound person with wide doorways and spaces between furniture. Accommodation was about 10mins walk to town center. Room had a range of modern amenities
