Though compact at 300 square feet, this fully renovated studio has been designed with comfort and detail in mind. The living area includes a tufted sofa, leather chair, and a 42-inch smart TV that swivels for the perfect viewing angle. The kitchen was rebuilt from the ground up, featuring stone countertops, European-style cabinetry, and upgraded appliances including an electric range, oven, built-in dishwasher, microwave, and a Keurig with starter pods.
