¡Bienvenido a tu playa privada en el lago Hurón! Esta casa ha estado en nuestra familia durante décadas y ha sido remodelada recientemente en 2015.

Ubicada a las afueras del centro de AuGres, esta acogedora casa frente al mar ha sido completamente actualizada, incluyendo muebles completamente nuevos, pisos cerámicos, electrodomésticos, TV inteligente de pantalla plana de 55 ", WIFI, pintura y decoración.

El dormitorio 1 (vista al lago arriba) tiene una cama King size y un sofá cama.
El piso de arriba también tiene un área tipo loft con dos camas individuales y un baño completo compartido.

Dormitorio # 2 (vista al lago abajo) tiene una cama King size con baño completo.

El primer piso sale a su área privada de playa de arena. Lejos de las carreteras y el ruido, disfrutará de estar en una cala protegida con aguas limpias y poco profundas y un fondo arenoso; ideal para nadar, juegos acuáticos y niños!

Al lado hay un lote vacante arbolado que le brinda aún más privacidad. ¡Los fuegos de playa son perfectos para asar malvaviscos!

Esta casa del lago está cerca de campos de golf, piragüismo, pesca, senderismo, paseos en bote y la ciudad (AuGres).

Aún más entretenimiento se puede encontrar a unos 20 minutos en coche de la ciudad de Tawas.

¡Venga a disfrutar el tiempo con familiares y amigos relajándose en uno de los Grandes Lagos de Michigan!

Amazing lake front home

This clean, modern, well stocked home was located directly on Lake Huron with a beautiful sandy beach leading into the lake. Our family spent a few days playing in the water, and our evenings were spent sitting around the fire pit while listening to the waves crash and looking up at the stars. This property could not possibly have been more relaxing for our family vacation that included two kids and a set of grandparents. There is no reason not to book this property and we are already trying to figure out when to come back!

Great Lake House

Great Lake house for a family get away. Kids loved playing in the sand and swimming. Loved having access right out the door to the beach without having to pack everything up and drive somewhere. House was what we needed with many sleeping options.

Can't wait until next year!

Our annual girls weekend was made perfect with this stay! Everything about the home and the beach was amazing. The beds were comfortable. Plenty of bathrooms. And all of the amenities you could ask for. We were so sad to leave after our long weekend, but we can't wait until next year.

Beautiful stay on the beach

Love the house and location of this property. The upgrades of the gas grill and glass door in the master bath were wonderful adds. Along with the upgrade in pan in the kitchen. House was clean and tidy and we could not have asked for anything more. The only recommendation to the owner is that it is time for a good power washing on the outside of the house. It is getting lots of webs and critters. I would still highly recommend. This was our second year visiting and look forward to the next. Thank you!!

Heaven on Earth

We had a wonderful time at the Beach House. The house was clean and plenty of space for all. Anything we could have needed was there. Even the beds were comfortable. The beach was clean and well taken care of. I would definitely recommend the Beach House to anyone looking for a relaxing time at the lake. I will definitely be coming back.

Lake House

This was our second visit to the lake house as a family. We were happy to be here again, but a bit saddened by the new house build next door. It took away some of the coziness and seclusion. Wonderful beach. Great stay as a family, Jerry is always in very good communication.

Great time was had by all

Great property, our 7 year old had a great time playing on the beach and in the water. The house was very clean, I only gave it a 4 for cleanliness because there was some bloody meat packaging outside. We left some charcoal for the next renter, enjoy. Fire pit was great and wood is available for sale in the neighborhood. Thanks for letting us stay in your home, we will probably stay again.

Everything we wanted

We stayed here with 2 families, we each had 1 kid, they loved playing on the beach. We brought our fishing boat, there was plenty of space to park the boat and vehicles. We caught walleye, and bass close to the cottage. It was well stocked and very user friendly. We had a great time!

End of Summer

This cottage is in a great location. The beach was nice and the water level good for my two grandkids. The new construction next door seems to have necessitated the trees being cut down so there is no longer any natural shade. But I understand from the owner that next season there will be AC. Some comfortable chairs for the patio area would be a welcome addition. Communication with the owner was very good. Hopefully we will make it back next year.

Dependable property

Beautiful cottage

This is a beautiful cottage on a very nice beach on Lake Huron. A great place to create memories with your family or friends. Everything you need is here. All you need to do is sit back, relax and enjoy the sound of the waves.

Overall a great place

We really enjoyed the beach and views. There were plenty of beautiful places to visit nearby, including a scenic byway and several lighthouses. We did have a few uncomfortable days and nights due to the very hot weather. Without air conditioning, the home was very warm and uncomfortable during those days and nights. Otherwise, highly recommended.

Perfect place for our family
