This unit, a 1st floor studio with keyless entry -- one queen-sized bed and one queen-sized futon, galley style kitchen, dining area, and living space -- sleeps 4. Parking for small/medium-sized vehicle. Cable and wifi included! Upper sun deck, and a grill located in the pool area! Pool opens Memorial Day (subject to change). Card-op laundry room and ice machine on the premise. All kitchen accessories available -- pots/pans/dishes/cups/glasses/utensils. Room was clean. Small place but had everything we needed. If you are mainly showering and sleeping in room like I did because I was spending most of my time out as many do on vacation it works just fine. Also, my wife also left something behind and owner was good with communication about it and let us pop back in on following day to pick it up.
