Beach supplies and additional storage space for your stay in the detached garage. Quick drive into Atlantic City or Ocean City, a short walk to the beautiful beaches of Ventnor!

Just your clothes! We supply this property with: fresh linens, fresh towels, beach chairs, and beach tags, soap, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, dish soap, dish detergent, toilet paper, paper towels, coffee, creamer, sugar, tea, and more!

Nestled on a quiet street just one block from the vibrant heart of Ventnor Ave, our home offers easy access to popular eateries and shops like Velo Cafe, Sapore, Santuccis, and Cafe Isabellas. Stroll one block further to find yourself on the sun-drenched shores of Ventnor Beach, where sun, sand, and surf await your arrival. The Guest agrees to the following terms and condition during their stay.

- Check out before check out time, and check in after check in time.
- Absolutely no parties or events.
- No smoking - if detected there will be a $500 fee.
- No drugs
- No underage consumption of alcohol
- No loud music after 10PM. Please monitor noise levels.
- Keep noise and volume down between the quiet hours of 10PM-8AM.
- No more than the number of people booked in the reservation are allowed on the premises at any time, unless approved by the host.
- No glitter, confetti, or taping things to the walls.
- No Candles, wax or open flames.
- Do not flush anything other than toilet paper down the toilet.
- Do not put anything down the drain.

The person booking and checking in must be 21 or older and must be present the entire duration of the stay.

We are not responsible for any loss of items or valuables during your stay or items left behind. Please thoroughly check the property to ensure you have all your personal belongings before check out.

Any violation of our House Rules is subject to non-entry/removal from property/no refund or additional fees for any damages.
