Great little place!

This was 2 blocks from 9th street boardwalk. Very convenient and had just about anything you’d need for a small family. Utensils and kitchenware were included. The only negative thing was we paid for the dryer and neither of them worked. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and plan to book again for next year.

Enjoyed our stay!

We really enjoyed our stay! The place was the perfect size for 2 people. Everything was nicely decorated and had everything we needed. Perfect location to walk to the beach, boardwalk and the town! We would certainly stay again!

Lovely place

Location was perfect, we traveled with a toddler for a couple nights and our stay was wonderful. Having the elevator was very convenient with bringing a pack n play, and other luggage. Also loved the covered parking under the building! Short walk to the beach, great balcony overlooking 9th street. Would definitely stay here again! Thank you

Great place

First, it was only going to be 2 of us. Then our son's plans changed and he ended up staying with us for the first 2 nights. Then we decided to stay an extra night, but this place was booked, so we went to a motel a block away. The place is tight with 3 people. There's a a very nice air mattress that takes up the living/dining area, that you'll inflate/deflate each day. The shared bathroom, with two locking doors, means that you're always getting locked out of the bathroom on your side and tripping over your son's air mattress trying to get in from his side. Or maybe you'll remember to unlock the other door, but we mostly didn't. With 2 people, it was incredible. The location is amazing--very close to the beach/boardwalk and very close to restaurants and shops in town. We did not have to drive anywhere. The motel a block away was another education. In this apartment, you're paying the fees and you're not getting sheets, towels, blankets, paper towels, toilet paper, trash bags, etc. But that's OK, this is the Jersey Beach Industrial Complex, you can pay people to take care of that for you. But maybe you wonder, adding that all up, did I just spend more than I needed to? But then you go to the motel down the street, which has perfectly fine reviews, and it's the same price and has towels and sheets, but is the most bare-bones, unromantic/uninspiring place you've stayed since backpacking through the Yucatan on $10/night in 1988. So no, this apartment is WAY worth it.

Tiny but Perfect!

The apartment is very small, but it is furnished nicely with everything we needed. There is very little counter space in the kitchen and bath, but both are well equipped and functional. We were there on a cool, cloudy weekend and should have included a heavier blanket with our bedding. There is a heater/air conditioner in each of the two rooms, although we may not have run them efficiently. The apartment is on the third floor of a four floor building with a comfortable balcony overlooking Ninth Street. It's not a penthouse, but it is a very pleasant small apartment within easy walking distance of everything you'll need.

Ocean City Condo

Convenient location close to the beach, boardwalk, and restaurants. This condo was very clean, nicely decorated, and has everything that you need. We would definitely rent again.

Poorly Equipped

I have stayed at numerous vacation rentals and this one was by far the worst equipped I've ever seen. The linen situation while inconvenient, was outlined in the description. However it extends to all linens. Don't expect to have any towels, bed sheets, pillow cases, hand towels, or rags. In addition to that, there were absolutely no cooking utensils in the unit and all they had for cooking was 1) quart pot, and 1) 6" pan. Try cooking a decent meal with no utensils and tiny pans. The thing that really got me was that there were 4 tissues in the box with no extras, 1 roll of TP in the entire place, and 1 trash bag in the kitchen trash can with no extras in the unit. Just expect the unit to be ill equipped to handle a multiple day stay.

Comfortable, convenient beach condo

My wife and I took a mini-vacation to the shore and this place was perfect for us. Very close to the boardwalk and beach, but very quiet and private when we were inside. It had everything we needed, 2 AC units, full kitchen, TV with streaming channels, and wifi. The welcome sheet was missing, but when we contacted the owner he was prompt to get us all the info we needed. The dedicated parking spot was a nice plus.

Good location in OC

We thought the location was great for Ocean City! The unit had a good sized balcony and nice outdoor chairs. Small kitchen, which we knew and didn’t mind, it had what we needed. The unit needs a good end of season cleaning and the carpet should be replaced. The bedroom was a nice size and bed was comfortable! The contact person was easy to get in touch with and it was also good to have reserved parking.

Great location

We’ve been coming to OC since our son was born. It has become our family tradition. You can’t beat the location. Very close to the beach/boardwalk. The bed fits 2 adults. We took the air mattress and our son slept right next to us. Very specious balcony. There is also an assigned parking space, making things so much easier.

great location, nice appt, inaccurate description costing me extra

NICE It is a very nice apartment, and location is exceptionally convenient Owners helped with extra key although normally they hand out just one SOLVED - owners brought electric tea kettle as oven was not working Sat-Tue; oven was replaced Tue - inflatable mattress, which deflated on my son 1st night, owners replaced next day NOT SOLVED - I found trash under bed and had to clean the microwave - I had that vacation w my son and teenage grandson. So I needed 3 separate beds. Before paying for reservation I specifically asked the owner wherethat 2nd bed he mentions in description ("about this rental" reads "2 beds - sleeps 5") was The response was: “The living room has a pull out Full size bed . We also supply a Full size blow up mattress” Upon arrival I did not find a pull out. When asked about it and shown the owner our vrbo messages exchange, he said: “I did not write it, somebody from my office did, and they should not have” Yes, I paid for a bed rent from local linen rentals on my own I RECOMMEND OWNERS - use better cleaning service - be more thorough with giving details about the property or take responsibility for mistakes when they happen
