Cottage is beautiful and the location is perfect! Amenities are top notch. Couldn’t have asked for anything more. Outside deck is just the right thing for sunrises and sunsets.

Sunny days at Atlantic Beach

We loved the location right behind the dunes. We spent the most time on the deck with a pretty, breezy view. The decor was charming, the kitchen well supplied, there were plenty of toys and beach chairs, and comfortable beds. The beach towels were an unexpected touch.

Nice little cottage right on the water perfect location beach was not overcrowded. The kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals which was helpful. Loved the little touches like beach towels, full length, mirrors, throws, and lit of other little things you don’t think about when you’re away from home. The property was also clean and well-maintained. Would stay there again.

Family Gathering

The location was excellent. We had our children and grandchildren under 6 with us and the house worked for us. We loved the view and the ease of having the sheets, towels, beach towels, and kitchen ready for our stay. Having the garage for the kids to play corn hole and be contained was very helpful.

Perfect beach vacation home.

Great view of ocean, easy unobstructed access to beach, close to town, good parking, good airconditioning, plenty of hot water, showers, close to other homes but excellent screening makes for privacy. All appliances work. Tastefully decorated. A real gem.

Perfect house

This house was so perfect. The location was amazing, amazing front porch to sit and listen to the beach, and a quick walk from the house down to the ocean. Everything was clean and they had everything we needed! Will stay here again!

Childhood Memories

My family and I used to stay in this house 2 weeks every summer in the 70's and early 80's. So many fond memories! The house is nicely updated without ruining the old charm and comfort! Awesome experience!

Fun Stormy Weekend

We came to Atlantic Beach for a scuba diving weekend but tropical storm Ophelia had other ideas. Nice cottage to hunker down in and the property manager was very attentive. Will definitely stay here again.

Wonderful vacation

I’m still thinking about the vacation we had at this house in July. The location on the beach is perfect and the house was the right size for 3 kids and 6 adults. The outside shower and deck overlooking the beach and pier were my favorites. The neighbors are nice and Stacy was great to work with! The beds were comfortable too. Slept great!

Great cottage on a beautiful beach. We vacationed here with extended family and loved the house!! The house was clean and very well cared for. We had everything we needed in the trip. We ran into a minor issue upon arriving with the main floor toilet that was fixed promptly by the super responsive owner. Would definitely recommend this property to families looking to enjoy a beach vacation
