Fantastic stay

Everything went super smooth. Very large space. Kids get kinda loud on Saturday night hanging out in the area but still great.

Stunning property

The loft is absolutely gorgeous. Location is great. Looks just like the pics. Pleasantly surprised by the balcony off of the bedrooms. Stunning view of the city from the top balcony and a nice little private balcony off of the living room area. Loved it. Will definitely book again.

A fine stay with caveats

Positive: Industrial style decor, beautiful place with incredible floor plan. Our kids loved it. Unique sleeping arrangements that were fun for them. Overall clean and well kept. Had kitchen and bathroom essentials stocked. Great location for our family vacation. Negative: Communication with the property was not the greatest. Cumbersome and confusing, duplicate steps and requiring a lot of additional information requested off the VRBO platform. Did not feel very secure. No response or acknowledgment when this was mentioned, and they called us by the wrong names. Two TV's set up right in front of each other in the living room, odd set up; distinct urine smell in the living room, unsure if it was the couch or the rug; outlet near the bed did not work; The singular bolt lock to the street didnt feel very secure; incredibly loud parties on the weekends (but the host did leave earplugs which was very thoughtful and very helpful!); multiple balconies that were incredibly dirty. We did not use them once. There were dead stink bugs all over the twin size loft beds.

Lovely Loft in a Great Location

Overall we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the loft. The loft was just as advertised and is situated in the heart of City. Despite the code not initially working, the property owner was very on top of it and had it reset within seconds when I called. The only complaint I had was that at the time, the weather turned cold and with it being such a big space, it took a long time to heat the loft. Other than that we had an amazing stay and would definitely book again.
