Though a bit dated in design, house was comfortable and fairly clean for most parts. Dead cockroaches in the basement kinda marred what would have been an excellent stay.

We had an awesome experience staying at this property….Please ignore the bad review below because none of those things that was mentioned happened during our stay! We had the entire home to ourselves and it was really clean. They had all the items we needed to stay soap, tissue, paper towels, laundry detergent, pots, dishes and a lot of other things. I definitely recommend staying here oh and the host John was really nice and showed us everything in the home so we wouldn’t be confused about anything…very lovely home

The house was falsely advertised as a 5 bedroom and it was 4, but only 3 of the rooms had beds; the 4th was converted to an office. The kitchen wasn't fully functional or stocked. The property wasn't well kept (spiderwebs/dusty and there was a roach issue). Although there was a garage and we had a vehicle, we could not easily access it. There was also a thermostat issue (it was set to turn off/on and we couldn't override). Lastly, although it says it now, the listing did not include that someone would be sharing the house with us. There was/is someone living in the basement of the home and we could hear him (and encountered him) when he went in and out of the basement.

The house is nice and conveniently located. It’s spacious and fit our needs perfectly. Check in was seamless. Bed was comfortable and the neighborhood was quiet. My only suggestion would be to update some things. The tabletop ironing board was broken, add more utensils - like spatulas - cereal and mixing bowls. If there are six bedrooms, most people will cook or at least have cereal for breakfast. One bowl. We made it work, but those things would have been nice. The ice maker didn’t work and I was told there were bugs in the basement. The iron leaked water. There was a tray underneath the refrigerator to catch leaking water. There were multiple little things that took away from the home and the stay and kept me from giving 5 stars.
