Went I check in I tell them I am a wheelchair person and I will need transportation in the morning to the airport front desk said no problem there is a shuttle bus that go every 30 minutes to the airport Next morning went I came down to go to the airport the driver said to.me that he will not take me because his back hurt and he will not lift my chair I went to the front desk and they will not do anything to help me one employee told me to call a Uber to take me to the airport and that what I did call a Uber that took me to the airport nobody in that hotel help a wheelchair person

Misleading photos and disappointing stay

I rarely leave reviews, but I feel compelled to share my experience. I booked this hotel based on the beautiful photos online—modern rooms, clean spaces, and updated amenities. Unfortunately, the reality was completely different. The room I stayed in was outdated, musty, and nowhere near as clean or well-kept as the photos suggested. The carpet was stained, the furniture was worn, and the air conditioning barely worked. Even the common areas looked tired and in need of attention. It’s clear that the pictures online are either very old or heavily edited. Housekeeping was inconsistent, and several of the amenities listed online were unavailable or not functioning. It felt like I had been sold one experience and given something completely different. Overall, I was incredibly disappointed with my stay and would not recommend this hotel unless major updates are made—starting with more honest advertising.

Gave away my room with a king bed and unapologetically gave me a room with one twin bed. The front desk said that as a courtesy, they would not charge extra for the twin bed.

This place is absolutely terrible! It’s a dump. I’m not sure where the three stars came from but it needs to be bulldozed and start all over. The lobby had industrial fan to blow away that smells like mold all through out the building, the carpet was gross, the bathroom had mold with dripping faucets from both the shower and sink, the bed was lumpy, the furniture could be used as wood for a fireplace and the room smells like I really don’t know what!
