The location was great. Tony, the front desk staff member was friendly and knowledgeable. We had to change rooms due to our 1st room's toilet leaking when it was flushed. Staff made sure we were placed in another room. The breakfast was great. The rooms were clean. Staff were organized. I feel that the hotel itself needs some renovations. Overall our stay was great.

They didn't clean my room while I stayed in 3 nights even after I requested on the second. In the last evening I went to the front desk for some new towels and told the man why the room didn't clean or change the towels as I clearly requested in the morning when I had breakfast. By the way, the hotel hallways and surroundings are dirt.

Staff was great, breakfast was fine. Rooms are run down and dirty, but the biggest issue is safety. My room was definitely entered by someone (my chair, tv and remotes were messed with) even though I had my “do not disturb” sign out, and they actually don’t clean rooms until the 3rd day (I was only on my 2nd day). Would not stay again.

Awful. They tried to act like they didn’t see my reservation although it was paid in full. The room wasn’t clean. Had to switch me to a clean room. Customer service was awful. My son stayed there as well and when I wasn’t there they harass him every day. They locked him out the room. He had to call me to get the door opened. I am requesting a full refund.
