Perfect Place for our Business Trip

Beautiful Home

Inside looks much nicer and grand on the inside then what you see from the online listing… Very comfortable home and had all I needed to be able to make a fantastic brunch. I’m looking forward in coming back again and utilize the backyard.

Wonderful weeks stay in Atlanta, home was clean and looked just like the pictures! Family enjoyed our time and the set up of the home with the additional living space above the garage allowed for us to spread out as needed.

Very Nice Home

Had a wonderful stay at this very nice home. It was close to the convention center, we drove each day. We all felt very comfortable and safe in the home, but beyond the street the house is on, the neighborhood was a little rough. Games for the kids, everything was about a 10- 15 minute drive. House was clean and well kept. We had a great time and would definitely come back.

Atlanta Visit/ Baby Shower

We visited Atlanta for a baby shower for my husbands brother and his fiancée. This property was beautiful and the pictures didn't do it any justice. The property manager was very courteous and she checked in with us daily to make sure everything was fine. Will definitely book this property again when we come back to Atlanta!!

Great location for access to Georgia Aquarium

Property was updated nicely but few issues with the house. Master bed was fine, however the other two were not good. Missing items from the kitchen.

The inside of the house was beautiful, very modern, super big kitchen, the bathrooms were lovely. The outside was not clean, not ready to uses a lot of spider webs and dusty. The house is located in a low-class neighborhood and it can be scary if you have to go to any store close by.

The house is Renovated and Beautiful

The esthetic of the house was beautiful. I loved the extra apartment bonus in the house and of course the POOL TABLE! Some things that I didn’t enjoy was the dusty fixtures and spiderwebs all over the house. The master bedroom doesn’t have great circulation because it was freezing when the entire house was at 75 degrees.

Not safe neighborhood

It is not a gentrified area. The house beside it is boarded up. Most of the businesses have graffiti and bars on the windows and the neighbors will walk down the street with baseball bats. When I try to say I do not feel safe staying there. they said my safety is not their priority, then accused me of being racist. The area has a 400% crime rate.

Christmas 2024

The house was in a good location with all our activities within a ten to fifteen minute drive. The area is being gentrified but the neighborhood was nice and the neighbors were friendly. We had some issues with appliances. The microwave was locked and it took a couple of hours and a few YouTube videos and the manager to get it to work. The electricity in the kitchen island with the stove went out a few times during the week. The ice maker never worked. But we really appreciated the rain shower and especially loved the fireplace. Nice and relaxing. The host was responsive and assisted with all the issues. Overall, a good visit.

The property is huge and is extremely luxurious. Unfortunately, there were a few issues that needed to be addressed: the backyard patio was in horrific condition and the furniture was covered up full of dust leaves and outdoor debris. We wanted to use the back patio so we went ahead and cleaned it up for use outside. One of the beds has a few boards missing underneath, and the mattress is too small for the frame. As a result, it poses as a safety and dangerous hazard to step on or sit on the front end of the bed due to the fact that you will fall through. Also, the neighbors have these extremely aggressive dogs that bar nonstop 24 hours a day that is extremely annoying when you trying to use the back patio in peace. I know that’s not the owners fault. Also, there was no type of toiletries inside of the bathroom outside of hand soap. We pretty much had to buy everything in terms of use inside of the kitchen and the bathroom. The place itself was very nice, but if the owners addressed these issues, it would be perfect.

Gorgeous place with some minor needed revisions

This bnb was beautiful and a great place for hosting! However, there are several suggestions to be considered: 1- There were cob webs and dust everywhere, like there had not been cleaners there in months 2- The propane was missing from the bigger grill so we had to use the small one, which was a bit inadequate for a bbq. 3- The remote for the main living room did not have a great signal, despite putting new batteries in the remote, so selecting things to watch or play was a hassle. 4- On the 4th or 5th night, the light in the upper room went out. 5- The fridge in the main kitchen stopped making ice on about the 2nd or 3rd day and i had to use the fridge in the upper kitchen. Other than these, the place was still livable and I enjoyed my stay very much. I would recommend 9/10, as long as those things were tended to. Thank you so much!
