I am a Travel Agent and I book Travel for Military Comrades, Family Members, Friends and Myself. I thoroughly read each posting before I book. Therefore, I booked this condo because of location and mainly because posting states (in three different places) condo has a balcony. However, there is no balcony and if we would have known we would not have paid $420 for a two day stay. There is no listing of a pool which we stumbled upon by accident and was unaware if we could get in or not. The check in process is quite tedious: you cannot park in front for any reason so you have to ride around the building until you find your parking spot, then unload all your belongings at once, go to front desk, fill out another form and go through security procedures before getting to your rental property (all while holding your luggage.) There are a lot of rules for this property: no gatherings of large groups, no parties, no smoking, and more "no guests allowed." So I'm not sure if this is a family environment but if you don't plan to spend anytime in the condo it's a great place to stay. But, if you are like Me and like to lounge around and Enjoy what you paid for this might not be the spot just yet. The condo is Nice and it does reflect some of the pictures but not the ones with a balcony, the bathroom renovation is not complete, the bedroom has broken blinds and other people can see directly into your bedroom along with the sun in your face while trying to sleep, and there isn't any bed springs just a mattress and ply wood underneath. My pregnant cousin was not able to sleep in the bed at all. So overall, a great place to go and stay by yourself or maybe with kids doing a parent drop off or pick up but be advised no one beside the person renting is allowed in the property.
