The condo was perfect for our purposes -- right downtown and a few minutes from the Peachtree Center MARTA station with its CVS and food court. Plenty of restaurants. The place was big, with a full kitchen and a nice little balcony for catching a breeze and watching the sunrise. Great separation between the living room and bedroom -- one person could easily sleep while another worked or watched TV. Adam, our host, responded to messages within minutes and answered all of our questions. Would stay again in a heartbeat.

The stay was good and within reasonable walking distance to the football stadium. The main issue was the lack of pillows and blankets and towels on our arrival but the blanket and towel issue was resolved right away ... the owner did not know what happened to the pillows and since we were only their one night there was no time to get those to us.

Check in process was OK then we make it up to the room after a 7 1/2 hour drive,Had to use the restroom then found out had toilet issues finally got in touch with the host by that time I had walked down and talked to the people where we checked in at told them what was going on. They got in touch with a housekeeping they (housekeeping,) came out worked on the toilet but it never worked properly the whole weekend then on the outside of the condos where homeless people and guy’s selling drugs (weed), sketchy area is all I can say, but it was convenient walking distance to everything in the area. if I could could suggest anything would be to get you some security and run the pan handlers and drug dealers away from in front of your building and it would be a ideal place to be sorry but it’s the truth!

Great location

Clean, amazing. Has all the cooking essentials. My nephew loved sitting on the screened in balcony. Tall building but the elevatora are very quick.

Great stay!

Adam gave all the check in and out details ahead of time so it was super easy. The gentlemen running the concierge were amazing, they also walked us through the process and were very nice. In general all the concierge people were nice. The condo was very cozy, there were snacks and coffee pods left out for us which was nice. The location was perfect, close to food and the places we wanted to go, plus attached to the building was an amazing ice cream parlor. This place was exactly what we needed! Thank you Adam!

Great Experience

Overall, I had a great experience with the Vrbo; 24 hour Concierge was incredibly helpful, and the location was just right for walks to downtown Atlanta attractions. The Vrbo was wonderful, clean, and very spacious. We had a couple of hick-ups, but the host acted immediately to each and fixed them. Will share with friends who come to town.

Property manager was really nice

There was a little issue with the cleanliness at first, but it was understandable with the city having a water main break. Everything was handled and the cleaning lady did a wonderful job cleaning it up! :)

Very cute property. Conveniently located near Mercedes Benz Stadium. Clean and just what we needed for my husband and I. Very easy to communicate with Adam the host. Would stay again.
