Christmas House

This house was beautifully decorated and very clean. Perfect location to downtown Roswell. The host has thought of everything and has everything you need in this house. Tiana was so pleasant to work with and responded so fast to whatever we needed. We lost power in the house due to bad storms and she had candles and lighters delivered to the house within 20 minutes. I can't say enough good things about this Vrbo. You can't go wrong.

Nice House

This house is very nice. Super clean. Comfortable beds. The kitchen is on the smaller side but we were eating all meals out anyway. We did not have access to the thermostat but any change requests were immediately taken care of after sending a message. My sister and I really enjoyed our stay. I recommend.

Great place for family or small group of friends

The house was perfect for our family gathering with 5 adults and an 8yo. The kid loved the ball pit so much and the adults had nonstop fun with the arcade games! We would definitely return again.

Weekend Stay

Unfortunately, we were unable to stay at this property, the “Christmas” house, due to a last minute emergency by the host. However, they were able to immediately put us into another location not too far away. While we did book this property for the festive decorations and close proximity to downtown Roswell, the hosts ability to still accommodate our needs and “rehome” us swiftly was impressive.

Clean, comfortable, Christmas?

The house was spotless, comfortable, and everything we might need was available. We were shocked to find Buddy from Elf in several places, along with FIVE fully decorated Christmas trees and many, many other holiday decorations! Not unpleasant, but very surprising! The decorations, including wrapped "presents" under each tree were beautiful. The house was nicely furnished and the kitchen was very well equipped. We enjoyed our stay!

Cozy, clean, and welcoming!

We had a great stay here in Roswell/Alpharetta! The house was clean and very welcoming. Plenty of space inside the house and outside. The area was so nice!! We enjoyed every single thing we did on our trip - especially the concert we attended! All the local food we tried was delicious. Our host was quick to respond with our inquiries and very helpful. We would definitely stay here again!

Family Concert

Home was clean and well equipped. Very close to restaurants and town! The drive to the amphitheater was easy to make. I couldn’t the code to work upon arriving to the home but the manager quickly fixed our issue! I also emailed a suggestion before leaving the home and she assured me she would make that change as well. I couldn’t be more pleased. We will definitely stay again if we’re in town!

Excellent value/location

For us this was the perfect location for our business meetings. Close to downtown Roswell restaurants. Easy travel from Charlotte and ATL Airport. Very clean and very nicely furnished. Beds were incredibly comfortable...kitchen was fully equipped...large screen tvs were excellent.

Bridal Party Perfection

The bride to be stayed the night before the wedding with a few bridesmaids. They used the space to get ready together the morning of the big day. It worked perfectly and was just the right amount of space for everyone to be together but spread out as needed

Roswell stay

The house met our needs perfectly. You might want to review the website description to be sure it matches the accommodation. For example, I thought that there were 3 queen beds and only one bedroom had a queen. The instructions at the house said no pets but the website said pet friendly. I thought the email process was somewhat confusing but it’s probably because I’m not computer savvy. Maybe someone could test it with older adults who may need a little hand holding. I had a bit of difficulty with the lock but Tiana was very responsive and helpful. Thanks so much!

We came for a wedding and the location was great! 3 minutes away from the venue so worked out well. The place met all our needs - our 4 year old loved the ball pit. Communication with the management was easy every step of the way.
