I stayed at this hotel for just one night, and unfortunately, it was not the relaxing experience I had hoped for. Upon checking in, I discovered that the television in my room wasn’t working. I called the front desk, and maintenance was sent up promptly—which I appreciated—but after they “fixed” it, the TV still didn’t work.
I called again to report the issue, but nothing was done after that. So, I ended up spending my entire one-night stay without a working TV, which was especially frustrating as I was hoping to unwind.
After returning home, I called the hotel to discuss the issue and hopefully speak with a manager. However, I’ve been bounced around from department to department with no resolution or follow-up. It’s extremely disappointing that no one seems willing to take responsibility or even offer a simple apology.
