I will never stay here again.I stayed here for a week, and it was easily one of the worst hotel stays in my entire career as a travel and hotel-stay vlogger with over 6+ million supporters across platforms. From the start,The shower’s hot water didn’t work at all, no matter how far I turned the dial, it stayed cold. On top of that, the refrigerator in the room made a loud, obnoxious noise every 10 minutes, lasting nearly 7 minutes each time. I barely got any sleep the entire week because of it.When I reported these issues to customer service, they sent someone up,but instead of fixing anything, they made excuses. One staff member even claimed the hot water didn’t work because “customers mess with the power breaker and turn it off.” I was absolutely baffled by that remark. We checked the breaker & the hot water was on as I thought. Needless to say, nothing was fixed, and they never followed up. This was day two I might add, I had asked for either a repair of my issues or a room change. No one ever responded. No check-in, no update, no offer to move rooms, not an simple apology for no response, not even a small gesture like comping a night for the inconvenience.. Just complete silence. At that point, I realized something,No response is also a response. This company showed me exactly how they value their guests and that’s all I needed to see. Poor service, no accountability, and no care for guest comfort. Never again.

No soap holder in the shower. No soap in the bathroom or face towels. I contacted customer services and requested face towels; they responded with "check under the sink". I already did that before reaching out....

Our family (3 adults, 3 kids) stayed in lieu of a hotel, as we would have needed two hotel rooms and this was a cheaper option to accommodate all of us. We chose this location initially due to the location (we were going to be doing the Aquarium, World of Coke, etc on the CityPass) and that it had 2 bedrooms and a pull out sofa bed along with two bathrooms. We found the unit to be very clean, great location, had safe parking for only $8/day, and secure access to the building. (Side note: the lobby had a FABULOUS smell that greeted us every time we returned; smelled like something from Bath & Body Works, but I couldn’t quite place the smell.) We were on the 15th floor, so we had a gorgeous view of Centennial Park and the skyline, but street noise wasn’t so loud that it bothered us. We did not use the pool, due both to time constraints and the season (starting to get too cool to use an outdoor pool). This unit provided everything we needed for our stay. The only issue we ran into was that, on the day before we checked out, we returned from a day in the City to find that our key fob to get in the building did not work. I called the number provided and someone immediately came down and replaced our fob, explaining that it had been a building issue that day (and sure enough, we saw several others who were residents of the building, also have issues). So that was nothing against the host - just a technical issue that day with the building itself. Response by the host was perfect.

I was visiting Atlanta for a professional event at the Marriott downtown, and thought this property was close enough to walk and cost effective. I really think there are some misleading reviews on this site. There is no way I would walk in this neighborhood - it's full of homeless people and drug addicts. The walls are very thin in the building and there are definitely some illegal activities going on in this building. As a solo female traveler, I would absolutely not stay here again. I happened to meet one of the Nomad managers in the elevator, who seemed very kind - but I think the issues are beyond their control. They can't really control the guests or the regular residents. There is no way I would bring kids here. The hotel is perched next to some major highways and between that, random screaming outside in middle of the night, foul smelling hallways, and strange characters lurking the property - you should skip this place. Out of curiosity, I googled reviews on the apartment building (Generations) and it checked out that this place is far from a luxury building and they really need more security. It seems no one in their right mind would want to live here so they are attempting to rent rooms as a hotel. Also, fyi - they only give you one key fob for the room which is really inconvenient if you are traveling with someone on a different schedule. Pluses were that the bed was pretty comfortable.

The only issue is parking is first come first serve and if you pay for parking it doesn’t guarantee a spot. However, there is off street parking available for free within walking distance. Would still stay here again and recommend to others. The property is very nice and includes a lot of superb amenities.

I enjoyed my stay at the Nomad; it was a clean and comfortable space for my sister and me. She was especially obsessed with the place. However, the limited parking was a drawback. The tight spaces and the need to pay for parking, despite already paying for the accommodation, were inconvenient. Additionally, most of the parking spots appear to be reserved for employees, and it seems like parking is on a first-come, first-served basis, which can be quite frustrating.
