First of all the address that was listed was not the address I was given 1hr before check in. I planned my trip according to the address on the Expedia sight. I was sent to a different part of Athens. Not only was it a different part the address was wrong. Through a miracle of god we found the right place on our own. The owners response to all my needs were never met. No instructions on how to turn the hot water on. There is no regular TV channels. You have to pay. Only one key was given. If you took the key out it shut all the light and the internet. I had to travel with a disabled person. I had to call a cab everyday. They could not stand or walk for a more than 5 minutes. Well when you have to find a cab with a mobile app you need internet. This was a horrible experience. The giant cockroaches were absolutely disgusting! The parking what parking! If you plan on renting a car good luck. The laundry is a common washer dryer in one. Let me just say it does not dry anything. The bathroom had no door to the shower. The water went everywhere. This was very hard since the person I was traveling with had a fear of slipping and falling. This place is on a incline. Very hard for cab to come up. Forget about walking with luggage. The blankets were blood stained. Beyond disgusting. Expedia was no help even though I was sent to a different part of Athens and the address was different than what was listed. They said the add was non refundable. So they couldn’t help. Unacceptable.
