Each room has a sitting area and/reading nook. Lavender Hill looks out onto a beautifully landscaped yard with a picturesque wrap around porch. Across the street from the estate, is the award winning, University of Georgia Golf course.

The vacation home is heated and features a patio and 2 bathrooms, and there's space to spread out with 3 bedrooms. Other standard amenities include a microwave, a refrigerator, and a coffee maker. Limited housekeeping is available.
