El Penthouse de Atenas 360 es único para el centro de Atenas. Es el ático de uno de los cuatro edificios hermosos y altos que tiene el centro de Atenas, con una vista panorámica desde el patio y la terraza privada arriba. El ático tiene 260m2, en perfecto estado, recién renovado. Dispone de cuatro dormitorios y dos baños y medio.
El lugar tiene un interior bien diseñado y amueblado con pinturas y objetos decorativos. Tiene todas las comodidades que pueda necesitar, WiFi, aire acondicionado, TV por cable, etc.
Está en el centro de la ciudad, no en la zona turística / ruidosa, a 5 minutos a pie de la estación de metro a dos paradas del Parlamento.
En resumen, lo tiene todo para un tiempo relajante y exclusivo. No es un hotel o un lugar donde querer salir corriendo. Es un lugar para quedarse, disfrutar y pasar tiempo con la familia o con amigos en la sala de estar llena de luz o en la gran veranda que supervisa la ciudad y las montañas o en la terraza, disfrutando de la vista panorámica. Amazing!

We truly enjoyed our stay at Athens 360 Penthouse! We recommend it to anyone who will be visiting Athens. It's spacious, quiet, in a great location and has amazing views of the city. The host was wonderful - prompt, friendly, helpful - and treated us like family.

Athens with a view

Our initial reaction was surprise. It was much larger than expected. We each had our choice of rooms. There were two couples. As it was February, it took a while for the heat to take affect. We were in walking distance of restaurants, grocery store and metro. A driver was arranged for a day trip to Cape Sounion as well as pick up from Cruise Port and delivery to airport.One of the heaters/air conditioners in the main room did not work, nor did the hair dryer in the bathroom that was used (not the primary suite). A channel guide for using the television/cable/satellite would have been helpful. We could not find cutlery to use in the kitchen.Overall, we enjoyed our stay very much and would recommend this property.

Great Apartment

We enjoyed our stay at this apartment. Host was very thorough showing us around apartment and giving us suggestions of places to eat and things to do. Quiet neighborhood, views were fantastic as was the farmers market on Saturday.

Great Stay!

The 360 penthouse was amazing! We were a party of seven and the apartment was super spacious. Dimitrios was a gracious host that met us at the apt. and gave us great suggestions for restaurants and neighborhoods to check out. We would definitely stay in this apt again.

Spacious stay with great views!

The penthouse was extremely spacious and comfortable. We loved the views, especially watching the sunset on the rooftop! Dimitris was a fantastic host. He met us upon arrival and helped schedule our transportation needs from the port and to the airport. He was responsive and helpful. The metro stop is only a few minutes away, and the neighborhood is quiet, with some good restaurants and coffee shops nearby. It is out of the touristy areas but just a short metro ride away from them. The large balcony allowed me to keep up with laundry for my large family, which was super helpful. Overall, we liked the area and the accessibility to where we wanted to go. Having room to spread out and great views made this a good choice for us.

A phenomenal way to experience Athens!

10/10 on all accounts. We had our entire family (5 adults, 3 small kids) and this property could not have been more accommodating in every way. Very safe area, super accessible to what you need, and wonderful host! Will definitely be staying again our next time in Athens!

Great place to stay in Athens

This was a wonderful place for us to stay in Athens. We were a group of 8 friends traveling together and the penthouse was so spacious and comfortable, and ideally located just a couple blocks from the metro. I would stay there again, the host is very gracious and helpful.

Dimitris was a wonderful host. He ensured we had transportation from the airport and then again to the airport on our departure day. If you are looking for a spacious home, this is a great option. It is located in a quieter area, a 5 minute walk to the subway. The home is fully equipped and the communication from the owner was great!! He was very helpful giving us tips for the area and arranged transfer for us to the airport which was greatly appreciated. We loved the outdoor terrace and view!!! Thank you Dimitris :)

The Manager of the listing arranged van service, stayed in contact through delayed arrival, owner personally greeted us at 11pm to the property after extended delays to property, walked us through the amazing home explaining things!! Great base to explore from

The apartment was a spacious, well appointed and relaxing base for our days in Athens. Convenient location for the metro. Dmitris was a great host, taking time to show us around and his recommendations for places to go and restaurants were all wonderful. He organized airport and ferry transfers for all six of us in very comfortable vans that made everything very smooth. Highly recommended.

Great space for family trip

We had a lovely stay in this home. It is a large space which gave us room to spread out after spending a week on a cruise ship. The views are unbeatable, and the breeze on the balcony, even in the heat of the day, was spectacular. It is located near a metro stop which allowed for easy access to the Plaka and other areas. The host was very knowledgeable about things to do and very kind and helpful in assisting us upon check-in. A driver was offered to pick us up from the port, and it was nice having this accommodation so we did not have to stress about how to get to the home. The only issue that arose was our transportation on the last day as the driver was delayed beyond our comfort level for airport check-in. We got taxis so we could reach the airport in a timely manner, as we are not comfortable rushing through the airport as airline employees. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend this lovely home.

Amazing property and property manager

Amazing property and a fabulous Property Manager. Dimitris was fantastic and he arranged our transportation to the penthouse from the airport and from the penthouse to the port. Our group definitely recommends this property for your stay!!

Superb stay in an authentic area of town---live like the locals

We just returned from a lovely stay at the Penthouse. Spent each evening on the fabulous balcony, soaking in the area. Explored the shops the locals shop at in the neighborhood. Short distance to the metro. Lots of space for everyone to spread out in the unit and Dimitris is a very helpful host. He booked our return trip to the airport and was very welcoming. I would alsolutely recommend this rental and we hope to stay again sometime soon. In fact, my cousin and her friends will be staying in the near future.

Nice roomy place

We stayed 2 nights on the last leg of our Greece trip. The host helped us in arranging pick and drop off as well as a trip to Sounion which was very helpfull with a big group we had. Plaka is few minutes drive from here and convinent for dinning and walking around. Overall good place and experience.

Fantastic view of Athens

Great Penthouse

Beautiful property on the top floor in a nice part of Athens. Our flight was pushed back to late at night but Dimitris was there to show us the property when we arrived. He setup a nice van for a good price for transport to/from the airport. He is very helpful and came by the next day when our wifi internet wasn’t functioning and helped sort it out for us. The place is very clean and the rooms are spacious. Full kitchen with a massive common area and a small balcony that connects 3 bedrooms on the back side. The master bedroom connects to the main balcony that is huge and has a great view of Athens. We had 7 people and, with the size of this place, we had no issues with finding room to relax. It’s close to markets and restaurants and the metro is only a few minute walk. I wouldn’t hesitate to rent this place again or any other place that Dimitris has. Everyone enjoyed their stay.

Great place to stay with an amazing host!

The Athens 360 penthouse was perfect for our trip! My husband and I, brother and his wife and two Moms all had our own space. It was a quick walk to restaurants and mini marts and the subway. We had some travel issues and the host was so accommodating. He took away some of our stress by arranging rides from the airport, and to the port when it was time to board our cruise. He also provided valuable info. If you want a spacious rental with easy access to public transportation and a responsive host this is it!

Wonderful stay

Beautiful apartment with four bedrooms and three bathrooms. A fully equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, and a large balcony in front and a small one in the rear. Great views of Athens from both. A very large living room with easy chairs and couches makes for enjoyable relaxing. The owner met us when we arrived and explained how everything worked. The owner was very helpful in explaining sites to see and tours to take. He even presented us with a bottle of wine on arrival. The owner went out of his way to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. He also arranged transportation to and from the airport for us. This is a great place to stay.
