Perfect location friendly staff

The hotel is very well located in a pleasant area, within walking distance of two shopping malls, a movie theater Cinemark, restaurants, and pharmacy. The staff was very friendly and courteous. I would especially like to thank Ángel, who helped me with check-in and assigned me a room before the hotel's stipulated check-in time. The room's air conditioning only works for heating; the room is small, and the bathroom is outdated. The sound of other rooms' doors closing could be heard. Breakfast was good and varied.

The hotel’s location is perfect. It really is walking distance from 2 malls. Which means that you can not only shop but you have food options. Btw, their breakfast was pretty good and you should be able to find something. The staff was amazing ! They tried their best to accommodate me even though my Spanish is non existent. The hotel’s temperature was a bit hot at night but it is what it is. I think it was a cultural issue. They don’t use a/c as much as we do in the USA.

Short on Elevators

Only 2 elevators and they need 4! Worse your competing with the maids to use the elevators! Lots of time lost because elevator is very long wait times! The cleaning must stand down when customers need access! Very frustrating!
