My family of 5, plus a niece and her partner, (and our two dogs) rented this VRBO for the weekend to attend and celebrate my son's graduation from UMass. There was plenty of space and beds for everyone, and the house was beautiful. Lots of plants and very nicely decorated. There is also a nice trail leading from the back of the house up a hill if you like to walk/hike. Definitely check for ticks when you return though. We brought crates for the dogs so they wouldn't go on the furniture/beds while we were gone or sleeping, which worked out fine. The yard is not fenced in, but you can set up barriers on the (expansive) porch ends, so the dogs can go outside to sun.Hannah was very communicative. She gave me recommendations in advance for dinner places to celebrate my son's graduation, and she got back to me promptly when I had questions while there. The beds were comfortable, the curtains in the bedrooms were dark enough, and the showers were hot enough. One of the futons was in a loft area at the top of the stairs and was not sheilded from the morning light. The kitchen was well appointed and also had some spices as well as teas and coffees.Would definitely recommend this house. Wish we could have stayed there for a couple of extra days.
