Completamente renovado en 2010, esta casa de montaña con encanto cuenta con las comodidades que necesita para un fin de semana relajante. Esta casa se encuentra justo por encima de la ciudad de Saluda. A pocos pasos de buenos restaurantes y un montón de tiendas. En el invierno disfrutar de la chimenea y en los meses más cálidos disfrutar de la gran porche. Saluda está convenientemente ubicado a 15 minutos de Hendersonville y 40 minutos de Biltmore y Asheville.

Quiet yet close to town

Eva's place was in an ideal location about 2 blocks from town. It had everything you would need, was clean and in a quiet location. We would definitely stay there again if in the area.

Cozy cottage

This is a great place to relax and enjoy the mountains. Great location, easy walk to downtown Saluda. Great porch for reading, coffee and visiting with friends. We love the wood burn fireplace when weather permits! Eva is the best! Thank you!

Wonderful as always

Always love staying in this beautiful, comfortable and convenient home. Probably a 4 minute walk to Saluda’s Main Street. Big, comfortable screen porch. Quiet neighborhood. Always a relaxing experience.

Great weekend getaway

This property is close to the Main Street of Saluda. It is comfortable, clean and has a great kitchen. The wood burning fireplace and living room are so nice! We enjoyed our stay!

Fall Beauty

Quaint and cozy mountain house in perfect proximity to downtown Saluda. Everything you need for a relaxing visit is all there, just light the fire! Lovely screen porch and back deck, plus a friendly neighbor with cat. Well appointed furnishings that were welcoming and comfortable! We loved our stay and hope to return next year. Best porch

Beautiful setting with everything close by. Easy walk to shops and restaurants. Wonderful porch for sitting and we love the wood burning fireplace. We have been here 6 times and love it!

Great Location and Property

Lovely, cosy home with a great screened in porch. The neighborhood was peaceful and it was a nice walk to Main Street. We loved exploring the area: Saluda, Tryon, and Pearson Falls.

A Great Stay

We had a good experience! The house was tidy and it was easy to find what we needed. We had good communication beforehand and the check in was straightforward but the house was a little hard to find when we arrived in the dark. We appreciated the tucked away seclusion though! A problem with the microwave was addressed quickly and to our satisfaction. Property is easy walking distance to everything in historic downtown Saluda.

Perfect Property

We have stayed here a number of times and it is our favorite Saluda cottage! Eva is a wonderful host with a charming cottage. Normally we visit in warmer weather and can enjoy the porches. This visit we enjoyed the fireplace! We love it and will continue to return!

Nice get-away!

Very nice house in quiet location. Walking distance to downtown Saluda. Nice to be able to walk to dinner and the sunset was gorgeous from the screened in porch. It was too cold to sit on the the porch but I bet it’s lovely when the temperature cooperates. Kitchen was fully stocked and bedrooms were comfortable. We drove to hike but there are several in area that are close to Saluda. Saw a couple of bugs in the house but this area is considered ‘the south’ and bugs are pretty common. The owner was really great to work with and very responsive. Overall a great and relaxing stay. Thank you!

Great house and location

Wonderful house with nicely equipped kitchen. Great wood burning fireplace and the owner provided plenty of firewood. Perfect location with an easy walk to downtown. Quiet neighborhood.

Great location

We had a great time at the property. Like others have mentioned, most everything you could need is within a short walk of the house including some great restaurants. There are great hikes within a 10 to 15 minute drive. Overall, it was a great stay.

Quiet, comfortable home nestled in the trees

Quiet, comfortable home right in the heart of town! Just a short walk to Main St but tucked away on a quiet culdesac. The screened-in porch was our favorite feature, especially in the rain! Eva was a wonderful host, very responsive & helpful. Thanks for the great stay!
