This is a beautiful, spacious log cabin nestled in the forest with a mountain view. Very private, wonderful balcony, the perfect spot to relax. All the amenities you could want: great sound system, DirectTV, board games, and a well-equipped kitchen to name a few. We'll definitely return, and often.

    Spring trip

The house was extremely clean and a wonderful set up. Loved the house and location. The owner was extremely responsive. Only a couple comments: there are a bunch stairs to get in the house, the furniture does need updating and the TV is located in the small loft rather in the downstairs. Enjoyed our week away from reality.

Cozy Cabin Getaway/Easy Drive to Asheville

This cabin was perfect for a week to get away and relax. Cozy, yet spacious, cabin for our family of 3. Quiet and private. A few neighbors, but hardly saw or noticed them. Remote location, but close enough to be in downtown Asheville within 20 minutes. Just a perfect getaway.

    Quiet Asheville Get Away!

This rustic cabin in the Mountains was just what the doctor ordered! It was beautiful, clean, comfortable and most of all peaceful! The owners provided all of the necessary items you need to get you through your stay. We cooked several meals there and had all the right stuff! We listened to music when we weren’t sitting on the porch taking in the beauty all around us! While the roads to the cabin are very winding and the circle driveway is a step climb it all added to the mountain retreat feel! We opted to enter via the second entrance and exit via the first (steeper) side of the drive which my vehicle handled better. The stairs were totally manageable and the natural wood handrails made the climb a whole experience! We will definitely return, hopefully sooner than later. Thanks for sharing “The Little dog” with us!
