The Flat Iron was a great hotel experience, the staff was very friendly and helpful, and the hotel itself has a lot of character with Art Deco vibes throughout. I would definitely stay here again when I come back to Asheville. Only downside would be lack of parking, if you bring a car you either have to valet park or pay for daily parking at a local garage.

Exceptional service truly pet friendly and spotless I had an absolutely wonderful stay at The Flat Iron Hotel. From the moment we arrived the service was impeccable and every staff member was warm attentive and genuinely courteous. What really stood out was the treatment of my dog. They went above and beyond to make him feel welcome and comfortable which means everything to me as a pet owner. This is true pet friendly hospitality done right. The hotel itself was spotless beautifully maintained and thoughtfully run. You can tell there is real pride in the level of service and care provided. Highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Asheville especially if you are traveling with a furry companion. I will absolutely be back.

The staff were amazing. The only problem I had was that they refused to give me an itemized billed they told me that they will send it to expedia because thats who I made the reservation. Btw I am the one paying for everything and is my credit card on file not Expedia.

9th floor Breakfast was terrible. Got the English muffin with egg, cheese and sausage. Bisquit (not an English muffin) fell appart, egg was powdered yuk with fake orange cheese and sausage was cold and looked like a frozen burger patty. 2 coffees and 2 bisquit sandwiches $44 with tip. We threw it all away. Took 30 mins to get it then they boxed it up bc we had to leave. Felt ripped off.
