Exceptionally nice staff and very clean property tucked off the main busy road, but still walkable to stores. Easy access to freeways and Blue Ridge Parkway. I’d stay here again.

Good stay, but not entirely restful.

Staff was super friendly and very accommodating with our room change request, however in spite of that effort the noise level still kept my husband up well past midnight. It’s a lovely newer hotel, but I’m left wondering if it has any insulation.

I like how the rooms basically a little studio. It has a huge fridge and a stove top to cook on. It’s just all around nice in general, laundry place and work out room. I didn’t like that I’ve went to check into a room before at around 6pm at night and that’s well past check in time and I was checked into a dirty dirty uncleaned room, it hadn’t been touched at all and apparently house keeping had failed to report that the room was not cleaned for whatever the reason was. I was told that happens atleast once a week there but other than that it’s a great stay! Oh also I feel the breakfast needs to be hugely improved to some hot foods and cereals for sure. I think the should have machines for orange juice, apple juice, etc like other less nice hotels have, if a hotel has a bomb good breakfast and the rest of it is so so I will stay there for the breakfast vs a nicer hotel with a crappy breakfast offering like with grab and go food and coffee to drink, so yeah hopefully that will be improved over time! Staff is wonderful always!
