Part of the bathroom ceiling fell into the shower. There was no cleaning of the rooms. We were told they were short staffed. This was my third stay here. The other two times were fine. This was a disaster.

The front desk staff were incredibly kind and helpful. We had some trouble with the doors (they were hard to open after a cold snap) but they made sure to help us get into our room and even offered to change our room if we had further trouble. The room itself was clean and comfortable.

The room was clean.The staff was awesome. The Breakfast was exactly what I thought it was. Waffles and jimmy bean they had a few other things, but that was fine.They kept breakfast open until like 11:30. The staff was very helpful.We came in just before the ice storm. The room was clean. The only complaint is that netflix pausing it took all night for one movie to play through.
