Other eateries at the S&W Market include Buxton Chicken Palace (award winning fried chicken sandwich), Farm Dogs (handcrafted sausages and hot dogs, and locally-made pretzels), the Hop (locally made ice cream), Flour (best biscuits in Asheville along with coffee drinks), Zen Sushi and The Times Bar (a craft coffee and cocktail bar that sits adjacent to the food hall). Loft #306 is located on the third floor of the S & W Building (56 Patton Ave) and provides a secure, keyless, coded exterior entrance and elevator to make your move-in safe and easy. You can go for days without using your car which can be safely and affordably parked in the city-operated Coxe Avenue Garage directly behind the building on Sears Alley. Parking at the garage is $12 for 24 hours.
