Ótimo apartamento. Excelente localização. Os pontos negativos foram a ausência de ventilador na sala e o horário de checkout (10h). Com o horário de check in sendo 14h, acredito que o checkout poderia ser pelo menos 11h. A questão da fechadura eletrônica com cartão também é um pouco complicada. Quando o hóspede sai do apto, deve levar o cartão, cortando a energia do imóvel. Sendo assim, a geladeira não mantém a temperatura das bebidas / comidas.
